Edible Gingerbread Recipe

I got a recipe for an edible (not construction grade) gingerbread recipe here a couple years ago and cannot find it. I use it for a workshop and small houses that children build.

Can anyone help?

Hi Michelle - this may be too late for your project, but I think I gave you this recipe last year.  I just uploaded it to the recipe section... for your next small house project.  :D
