This video by Sugar Geek Show provides questions answered on how to make Rice Cereal for sculpting, carving or gravity defying edible projects.... add another dimension to your gingerbread display!

Recipe:
• 8oz Marshmallows
• 8oz Rice Cereal
• 1/4 cup melted chocolate (melties work best)
• Small amount of vegetable shortening
• Plastic Wrap

Melt your marshmallows for 1 minute and then 30 second increments until fully melted.

Add in your rice cereal and your chocolate. Mix until evenly coated. Let set 5-10 minutes before handling
