Chocolate Clay Candy

Clay Candy is an easy to use recipe that can be molded into roses or rolled out and cut into ribbons.

    14 oz. Merckens Chocolate Coating
1/3 cup light corn syrup or glucose

1. Melt candy melts according to package directions.

2. Add heated corn syrup or glucose and stir until thoroughly mixed.

3. Wrap mixture in plastic wrap.

4. Let set 24 hours or at least overnight.

5. Candy clay will be VERY HARD, but will become soft as it is kneaded.
