| Description: My carousel Horse is constructed of gingerbread pieces that are fixed to an internal structure. I Cut individual pieces of gingerbread and glued them to one another with royal icing.It is made using 4 recipes of gingerbread and took 1 and 1/2 months to finish. . The horse is supported by a 3/4 in. dowel rod and a wood base. The horse measures 18 in wide and 32 inches high. The decorations are made of gumpaste flowers and fondant decorations. The horses mane took 6 hour to roll each individual piece and glue them on. The saddle on the horse is made of rice krispie treats. There is a giant gumball on top of the wooden rod.
