| Description: Each year I make a gingerbread house for our company's 5-week Toys for Tots fundraiser. We purchase bicycles so we use the term "Bikes for Tykes". House is sitting on a 23"x23" form. Total height is 24". Since I work at an engineering company, I used Dilbert cartoons to draw attention to the display. And because the house is displayed in our cafeteria which opens to an outdoor patio, humidity is always an issue. I have been making houses for the past 6 years and each year the candy/house melts earlier.
