| Description: I created Edgefield's Magnolia Dale as part of a Gingerbread Village of Historical buildings that was on display Nov. 20, 2014 in the Augusta Museum of History in Augusta GA. This was my first gingerbread house and took me about 240 total hours to complete. To give you an idea of size, it is built on a board that is 2' by 3', and is made of gingerbread, royal icing, fondant, gumpaste, modeling chocolate, poured sugar, and rice cereal treats. It also has lights that shine in the windows operated by a battery pack.
