Description: The Cal Young Gingerbread House inspired by the historic Cal Young Yoke Farmhouse located in Eugene, Oregon.

House built and decorated by Loreta Wilson.

Decorating items used:

    Coconut (roofing)
    Broken Necco's (fireplace and house foundation)
    Misc. flake and/or krispie cereal made into Marshmallow treats and tinted green (landscaping)
    Sugar Wafer cookies (shingles)
    Candy Canes (sleigh)
    Crackers (sleigh)
    Puffed Rice cereal (walkway)
    Graham crackers (porch)
    Halloween pumpkin candy
    Marzipan for the children

The pond is made using home-made hard candy poured onto a piece of blue construction paper.
