| Description: Gingerbread house is modeled with The Hooper Lighthouse pattern with minor adjustments. The main structure being held together with chocolate. Cinnamon sticks support the tower and also used in the boardwalks. Royal icing, candies, gelatin leaves (windows). almonds, red quinoa, and Triscuits were used in decorating the house.
