| Description: I attempted a Gingerbread Greenhouse this year. It was a challenge, and I loved it. The glass windows are gelatin sheets which I glued down with a glue gun (as they curl up). Brick at bottom is sunflower seeds. Trees are ice cream cones/ Royal icing. Everything is gingerbread except for the flowers inside.
