| Description: This is a gingerbread recreation of my parents winery in Sonoma CA. The structures are all gingerbread, including the winery, cave and hill side. I used fondant for the crush pad and tent covering. Everything visible is edible except the lighting. It's of Deerfield Ranch Winery
