Exterior Christmas Lights on Gingerbread House
« on: November 09, 2015, 10:51:02 am »
Hello,
Has anyone attached exterior Christmas lights to their Gingerbread house?  If so, what type/size did you use?  Did you drill holes in the house and then stick the lights (bulb only) through?  The house I am making is a Mid Century Modern in style.  It measures 19" x 15" x 10".
Thank you in advance for any advice you can give me.
Susan

I have often wanted to do this... but never have. :)

I would think the process will be based on the size of the light string.  Some mini-light bulbs are longer than others.  And the new LED type bulbs seem smaller, but don't get hot.

Good luck and let us know what you come up with!
