I'm a teacher, and make small gingerbread houses with my classes and even with other teachers. They all love learning about the ingredients, where they come from, and the history of gingerbread.
I'd like to see more "how to's" along the lines of gifting gingerbread houses. Like: the best eating/ construction gingerbread, how to pack house pieces up for mailing, making mini gingerbread houses, icing that sets quickly so a construction can be made in just a couple of hours, what's the best way to color icing, what other structures could be made other than houses, diabetic friendly gingerbread house ingredients...
