Hawaiian beach shack

Just trying to find a template for an Hawaiian style beach shack.
I just visited Maui and took a photo of the tropical plantation coconut store near Lahaina.
It would make a fantastic gingerbread house, but I'm having
difficulties making the templates. If anyone can offer any
suggestions, it would be greatly appreciated.
