Carrollton house pattern questions
« on: November 30, 2017, 09:20:09 am »
I downloaded the pattern but don't see the window cutouts marked on pieces A/B or C/D. I would love to iluminated from the inside but having a tough time estimating where to cut windows out.

On page three of the template is a photo of the pieces stuck together to give you an idea of where to place your windows, you may want to have window placement different on the front and back which I think is why the pattern is left blank - to give you free reign to design as you prefer. :)

But basically, you can put as many or few in as you want - it won't matter as the porch height is not prescribed, it will depend on the height of your upright candy poles, so place a candy pole against the template to gauge how high you want your porch and then draw yourself some upper and lower story windows to suit your preferences.  There's also nothing stopping you from making your windows a fun shape other than rectangles :)
